Admission Policy

The International School Hannover Region exists to provide a quality international education in the English language for children in Hannover and Lower Saxony. Children are accepted according to the following priorities:

1. Children of internationally mobile families for whom there is no local alternative     
2. Children of German families who have relocated back to Germany from abroad and whose previous schooling has been in the English language.     
3. Siblings of children already enrolled at ISHR     
4. Children from local families     

In category 4 above, priority would be given to those families who show international mindedness, who we feel would best identify with our mission and educational programmes, and on good academic performance.
